1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing this website or requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
Service-specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment milestones and approval requirements will be described in a written proposal, estimate, order or other agreement. If that document conflicts with these general Terms, the project-specific document will govern for that engagement to the extent of the conflict.
2. Our services
ZEROCOST PURE may provide social media strategy and campaign promotion, creator sourcing and coordination, promotional content, website design and development, website maintenance and support, and offline advertising or brand promotion, including advertising placements arranged with campaign partners.
Services and availability may vary by project, geography, platform, inventory and partner. Any illustrations, examples, timelines or results shown on the website are informational and are not a guarantee of a particular outcome or availability.
3. Client responsibilities and approvals
You agree to provide accurate project information, materials, access, decisions and approvals reasonably required for delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that content, trademarks, images, claims, offers and other materials you provide are accurate, lawful, properly licensed and approved for the intended use.
You must review proofs, content, campaign details and deliverables within the agreed review period. Delayed information or approvals may affect timing and cost. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you remain responsible for the products, services and claims promoted in your campaigns.
4. Fees, payment and cancellations
Fees, taxes, payment schedules, reimbursable expenses and any applicable cancellation terms will be set out in the relevant proposal or written agreement. Unless that document states otherwise, work may begin after written approval and any required advance payment.
Where work has started or third-party costs, media placements, creator commitments, production or materials have been arranged, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already earned or costs already incurred. Any refund or credit request will be assessed under the applicable project agreement and governing law.
5. Advertising platforms, creators and third parties
Digital campaigns may rely on social networks, advertising platforms, creators, publishers, venues, suppliers or other third parties. We do not control their independent systems, policies, audience behaviour, availability, decisions or performance. Platform changes, moderation, outages or partner actions may affect campaign delivery.
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver agreed work, but we do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, sales, leads, rankings, audience growth or other commercial results unless expressly stated in a signed project agreement.
6. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of materials, tools, methods, marks and intellectual property it owned or developed independently before an engagement. You grant us a limited licence to use the materials you supply as needed to perform the agreed services.
Ownership or licence rights for project-specific deliverables, source files, campaign assets and third-party materials will be set out in the applicable project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, rights in custom deliverables are transferred or licensed to you only after all related amounts due have been paid in full. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licence terms.
7. Website use and prohibited conduct
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, gain unauthorised access to, or interfere with the website or its systems; submit deceptive or unlawful material; infringe another party’s rights; or use the website to distribute malware, spam or harmful content.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our users or our business, or to address suspected unlawful or abusive activity.
8. Confidentiality and personal information
Each party should use reasonable care to protect non-public information received from the other party and use it only for the relevant engagement, subject to legal obligations and any separate confidentiality agreement. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that cannot be excluded by contract and do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or system.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from these Terms or a service. Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited, each party’s total liability for a claim relating to a specific engagement will not exceed the fees paid or payable to us for that engagement during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable losses arising from materials or instructions you supplied, your products or services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach, negligence or misconduct.
11. Suspension and termination
Either party may end a project as provided in its project agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to a service where necessary due to non-payment, a material breach, a legal requirement, or a third-party platform or partner restriction. On termination, outstanding fees and committed third-party costs remain payable as set out in the applicable agreement.
12. Governing law and general provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights available to a party.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any applicable project agreement, form the agreement concerning the subject matter addressed here. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
